Saturday, November 12th, 2011

Dear Chapter Members:

The USGBC Idaho Chapter is now soliciting nominations for the Board of Directors from chapter members across the state of Idaho.  These are 2-year terms of office.  Nominations will be accepted for 6 open seats.

You may nominate yourself by completing the USGBC Idaho 2012 Board Member Nomination Form, or nominate another person by asking them to complete and return an application form.  The application must be completed in its entirety and submitted to the Chapter by email no later than midnight Friday, December 2, 2011.  Send completed applications to charlie@usgbcidaho.org.

The Idaho Chapter will conduct the election via the USGBC On-Line Voting Booth.  Registered chapter members will be able to log in and cast one vote per open seat. Complete candidate and voting information will be provided on December 5th, 2011 when voting opens and will run to the end of the December.

We hope that you will consider this exciting opportunity to help shape the Chapter’s future and that of the green building industry.  Although the main responsibility is providing overall policy direction, the Board also offers lasting business relationships and friendships.
