| The City of Post Falls is in the final design development phase of this 42,000sf city hall and civic center. The building will contain meeting rooms, Council chambers, Administration, Finance, Community Development Department and Parks & Recreation Administration. Sustainable design features will include daylighting, energy-efficient systems, improved indoor air quality, use of renewable resources, extensive use of recycled-content materials and furnishings and a state-of-the-art surface water management strategies such as biofiltration swales and rain gardens.
