The latest VP Development, LLC project is a green, infill project located on Boise's Bench.  The project will consist of 5 houses when finished, and the 2 completed houses have attained a Sliver Certification from the USGBC in the LEED for Homes Pilot Project.  Each house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with 1566 square feet and a detached 2 car garage. 

The houses gained credits in various areas including points for: infill redevelopment, increased energy standards for the heating and cooling system as well as energy efficient windows, environmentally sensitive counters, floors, paints and building materials, increased recycling and waste reduction during construction, water efficient plumbing fixtures and landscaping, energy efficient lighting and appliances, as well as increased indoor air quality.
