Building Description
This distinctive 16,500 sf renovated warehouse adapated for office use in downtown Boise is the first LEED-NC Certified project in Idaho. Originally built in the 1970s, much of the building's original shell was reused, including truck docks that were made into window openings. Some of the sustainable features of the building include daylighting, extensive use of regional and local materials, recycled content in
construction materials and low emitting materials in adhesives, sealants, paints, carpet and composite wood.
