Building Description
Located at the West Boise Wastewater Treatment Facility, this new 6,500 sf environmental education center will provide the public a unique opportunity to learn about the City of Boise's wastewater treatment, Boise River water quality, ground and surface water quality, stormwater, recycling, hazardous waste, composting and air quality.
The site development, building design, integration of public art, 40-seat theater, interpretive exhibits and 65-foot observation tower will inform and motivate visitors to protect the environment.
