Emerging Professionals Committee Update

The Emerging Professionals Committee held their September meeting yesterday evening at the Thomas Hammer Coffee Shop. This was their post design competition review and beginning of the planning process for the 2011 design competition. In the coming months they will be setting their goals and vision for what they would like to accomplish in the next year. Come out and get involved with an inspired committee and have some input on the achievements of 2011. Northeast Ohio Chapter Shares Market Perception Study

The Northeast Ohio Chapter, in partnership with Sustainable Rhythm, completed a marketing and communications study called “Opening the Door to Green Building.” This study reviews how the market has transformed and what opportunities for development exist for the chapter with various stakeholders. More than 200 participants completed surveys from a diverse market set representing the commercial, institutional, government, education, healthcare, housing and manufacturing building areas.
