Todd is an Idaho native. Born and raised in Boise , Todd has a sense of conservancy and stewardship to the State of Idaho . Todd graduated from the University of Utah with Bachelor’s degree in Finance with an emphasis in real estate. Todd is the current owner of Todd Campbell Construction Inc. which he founded in 2000. Todd Campbell Construction has been the recipient of many industry awards through the local Parade of Homes. Each year which Todd has entered his homes they have won many awards, from best exterior design to best overall 2003 award to name of few. Todd has a driving commitment to protect that which he has been given.

As a residential homebuilder, Todd has always had an interest in sustainability. A focus of Todd’s has been to concentrate many of the locations of his home construction to infill development locations. This has helped reduce urban sprawl and let the homes and their occupants take advantage of services that were already in place. Taking advantage of the already existing sewer, water, roads, parks and schools has helped reduce the impact these homes have had on the community. With the lack of infill developments in place when Todd started his company, he began the voyage of developing many of his own communities, which have been very well accepted. Today, Todd has plans for new homes and entire subdivisions, which he will develop, that will be LEED certified.

As new member of the USGBC Idaho chapter, Todd is in the process educating him self in the art of green building.  Todd is working diligently to become a LEED AP. As a new construction home builder, Todd hopes to pave the way to more conformity and acceptance of the USGBC in the new home marketplace. Todd has started the process of becoming an active member of the USGBC and making an impact on the new construction industry.
