As a professional architect with over 20 years of experience, Bruce strives to design a built environment that responds to the needs of his clients, the community and our natural surroundings by using a collaborative design process that encourages open communication and progressive ideas.

Bruce was the first LEED Accredited Professional in Idaho and has been involved with the first two LEED Certified buildings in the state—the Ada County Courthouse and Administration Building and the Front 5 Building. Bruce is currently involved with numerous other projects targeting LEED Certification including the 36th Street Garden Center, Boise WaterShed and Southfork Landing.

Bruce is the founder and Past President of the USGBC Idaho Chapter and served on the national USGBC Chapter Steering Committee. Bruce’s advocacy for high performance buildings was recognized in October 2005 when he was named the winner in the Architect category for the annual BetterBricks Idaho Sustainable Awards.

Bruce is engaged in organizations that have the potential to make meaningful, positive changes in the world and continually advocates for the adoption of green building standards. He has given numerous presentations to school-aged children, university students, real estate groups, city government officials, private developers and more!
